Correction to notification of Managers’ transactions

NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S (“NTG”) hereby announces in accordance with section 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation), to have received the following correction to notifications from Managers’ in NTG. 

Jesper Præstensgaard (Board member)
In company announcement no 36 – 19 of 9 October 2019 it was announced that Jesper Præstensgaard on the 9 October 2019 had acquired 3,494 shares of nominally DKK 20 in NTG for a price of DKK 89.00 per share.

NTG has today received a correction from Jesper Præstensgaard as to the price per share. The correct price per share was DKK 92.00.
